1. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 2 pints
2. Salt, to taste - 2 pints
3. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
4. Sour cream - ¼ cup
5. Rice wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic clove, minced - 1
7. Fresh corn kernels - 3 cups
8. Torn basil leaves - ¼ cup
9. Red onion, quartered and thinly sliced - 1 small
10. Raisins - ½ cup
11. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ cup
