6. Eggs 8 large
7. Half-and-half cream 1 pint
8. Milk 1 ½ cups
9. Dry mustard 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Minced onion 1 tablespoon
11. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
