Ingredients for - Red Chard with Feta and Tomatoes

1. Olive oil, or more as needed - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, minced - ½
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Red Swiss chard, stems and center ribs cut out and chopped together, leaves coarsely chopped separately - 2 bunches
5. Vegetable stock powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Tomatoes, diced - 2
8. Feta cheese, diced - 4 ounces
9. Heavy cream, or as needed - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Red Chard with Feta and Tomatoes

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add chard stems and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Place chard leaves in pot, cover, and simmer over low heat until leaves are wilted, about 8 minutes. Season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper; stir in tomatoes and feta cheese and cook until feta starts to melt, 2 minutes. Pour in cream and heat for another 2 minutes.
