Ingredients for - Lobster Rolls

1. Butter, softened - 1 tablespoon
2. Hot dog buns or kaiser rolls, split - 4
3. Lettuce leaves - 4
4. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
5. Fresh lime juice - 1 teaspoon
6. Hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco) - 1 dash
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 dash
8. Green onions, chopped - 2
9. Celery, finely chopped - 1 stalk
10. Cooked and cubed lobster meat - 1 ½ pounds
11. Dried basil, parsley or tarragon - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Lobster Rolls

1. Stage

Lightly butter the insides of buns and line with lettuce leaves. Set aside.

2. Stage

Stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Mix in green onions and celery. Gently fold in lobster until just coated.

3. Stage

Stuff lobster mixture into buns. Sprinkle with basil, parsley, or tarragon.
