Ingredients for - Cheesy Potato Salad

1. Red potatoes, cubed - 2 ½ pounds
2. Sour cream - 1 cup
3. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
4. White sugar - ¼ cup
5. Green onions, chopped - ½ bunch
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
7. Real bacon bits - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Potato Salad

1. Stage

Place potatoes in a pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain, and set aside to cool.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, half of onions, and half of cheese. Gently stir in cooled potatoes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, and sprinkle bacon bits over top.
