What you will need for the first salad. Peel the potatoes and eggs, cut the chicken into small pieces.

Let the potatoes cool, cut the cucumbers into pieces. Place chicken, cucumbers and eggs in a salad bowl. Do not dress.

For the second salad - chop the eggs, cucumber, chicken. Grate cheese on a grater. Put in a separate salad bowl. Do not dress. Chop parsley and set aside for now.

For the third salad - chop the chicken and eggs, drain the carrots of excess liquid. Grate 80 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, and the remaining 40 on a fine grater. Set them aside for the top. In a salad bowl, combine the chicken, cheese (80 grams), carrots and eggs. Dress the salad, mix.

Dress the first two salads as well and mix. Take a large flat plate.

Visually divide it into three sectors and carefully lay out all three salads one by one, helping yourself with a flat spatula (I have a cake spatula). This is how it should turn out.

Top the salad with pickled cucumbers neatly covered with fried potatoes, fresh cucumber salad with parsley, and salad with Korean carrots - grated on a fine grater cheese. Make mice out of quail eggs: eyes and mouth - cloves, ears from pepper or cheese.
