First we make the mayonnaise. You can also use store-bought, but I prefer homemade, so I'll show you the recipe I use to make it. In the bowl of a blender, pour the oil, add mustard and lemon juice, in which previously add salt and sugar.

Add the egg so that the yolk remains intact. Cover the yolk with an immersion blender. Turn on the blender, 2-3 minutes, whip all the ingredients - and delicious natural mayonnaise is ready!

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4 . Stage
To the cheese, add garlic, squeezed or very finely chopped.

And mayonnaise. Not all of it, of course. The mass should be thick enough to hold its shape.
6 . Stage
Wash the lemon and cut into circles.

Place the cheese mixture on the lemon slices.
