1. Butter 4 tablespoons
2. Chicken breast tenderloins or strips 1 ½ pounds
3. Salt and pepper to taste 1 ½ pounds
4. Heavy cream 1 pint

How to cook deliciously - Chicken a la Crème

1 . Stage

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper and sauté them in hot butter until golden on all sides, about 10 minutes. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 5 more minutes.

2 . Stage

Pour heavy cream into the skillet; simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
