4. Zucchini, ends cut and spiralized 2 large
5. Garlic, minced, or to taste 1 clove
6. Italian seasoning, or more to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon

9. Finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese ⅓ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
