1. 1 lb. ground turkey (light or dark meat) -
2. 1 tbsp. light brown sugar -
3. 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh sage leaves -
4. 3/4 tsp. kosher salt -
5. 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika -
6. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes  -
7. 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed -
8. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
9. Olive oil cooking spray -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine turkey, brown sugar, sage, salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds, and garlic powder with a fork or your hands until evenly combined. Using damp hands, form turkey mixture into 8 thin patties about 3" in diameter and 1/4" thick (the meat will puff up in the air fryer).

2. Stage

Grease an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange patties in basket, spacing about 1/4" apart (do not overcrowd). Cook at 400°, flipping patties halfway through, until golden and crisp, 5 to 8 minutes.
