1. 3 Persian cucumbers, chopped -
2. 1/4 medium red onion, chopped -
3. 1 c. cherry tomatoes, chopped -
4. 2 tsp. crumbled feta -
5. 2 tsp. red wine vinegar -
6. 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
7. 3/4 tsp. kosher salt -
8. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano -
9. 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper -
10. 1 Persian cucumber, grated -
11. 1 tsp. kosher salt, divided -
12. 8 oz. Greek yogurt  -
13. 1 clove garlic, finely minced -
14. 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped -
15. 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped -
16. 1/2 tsp. fresh mint, chopped (optional) -
17. 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
18. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Turkey Burgers

1. Stage

Place cucumber on paper towels. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and set aside to drain.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, dill, parsley, mint, if using, lemon juice, oil, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in shredded cucumber.

3. Stage

Spread tzatziki on bottom of each bun, then place a burger patty on top.

4. Stage

Spread more tzatziki on top of patty, then top with tomato and cucumber salad.
