1. White wine vinegar ½ cup
2. Sunflower seed oil ¼ cup
3. White sugar 1 teaspoon
4. Dry mustard 2 teaspoons
5. Ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
6. Ripe avocados, cubed 4
7. Mango, cubed 2
8. Lemons, juiced 2
9. Iceberg lettuce, torn, or to taste 1 head
10. Walnut halves 1 ½ cups
11. Crispy cooked bacon, crumbled 6 slices

How to cook deliciously - Avocado and Mango Salad

1 . Stage

Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate dressing until ready to serve.

Place avocados, mangoes, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.

3 . Stage

Place lettuce in a large bowl or platter. Add avocado-mango mixture, walnuts, bacon, and the dressing. Toss and serve.
