Ingredients for - Bacon Tacos

1. Water - 1 cup
2. White rice - ½ cup
3. Bacon - 5 slices
4. Black beans - 1 (14 ounce) can
5. Taco seasoning mix, divided - 2 teaspoons
6. Vegetable oil, or as needed - 1 teaspoon
7. Flour tortillas - 5
8. Tomatoes, diced - 2
9. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Bacon Tacos

1. Stage

Bring water and rice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.

2. Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels, retaining the drippings in the skillet. Crumble bacon.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Combine beans and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix in a saucepan over low heat; cook and stir until warmed, about 5 minutes.
