1. 1/2 large white onion, thinly sliced -
2. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced -
3. 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced -
4. 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
8. 1 tbsp. dried thyme -
9. 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning -
10. 2 tsp. paprika -
11. 2 tsp. garlic powder -
12. 4 6-oz. salmon fillets -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Cajun Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. On a large baking sheet, add onions, peppers and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and toss with oil.

2. Stage

Make seasoning blend: In a small bowl, whisk together thyme, cajun seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.

3. Stage

Place salmon on a baking sheet, then top pieces with seasoning blend and rub all over salmon.

Bake until vegetables are tender and salmon cooked through, 20 minutes.
