1. Olive oil, divided 2 teaspoons
2. Whole rainbow trout, gutted and cleaned, heads and tails still on 2
3. Dried dill weed ¼ teaspoon
4. Dried thyme ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon
6. Onion, sliced ½ large
7. Lemon (Optional) 2 thin slices
8. Hot water 2 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Fresh Rainbow Trout

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

2 . Stage
