Ingredients for - Baked Fresh Rainbow Trout

1. Olive oil, divided - 2 teaspoons
2. Whole rainbow trout, gutted and cleaned, heads and tails still on - 2
3. Dried dill weed - ¼ teaspoon
4. Dried thyme - ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt to taste - ¼ teaspoon
6. Onion, sliced - ½ large
7. Lemon (Optional) - 2 thin slices
8. Hot water - 2 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Fresh Rainbow Trout

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
