5. Sweet yellow peppers, sliced - 3 small
6. Sweet orange peppers, sliced - 2 small
7. Radishes, thinly sliced - 4
8. Thai chile peppers, minced - 3
9. Jalapeno pepper, diced - ½
10. Cilantro, chopped - ½ bunch
11. Lemon, juiced - 1
12. Ground black pepper to taste - 1
