1. Potatoes - 2 pounds
2. Green bell pepper, minced - 1
3. Cucumber, sliced and quartered - 1
4. Sliced red onion - ½ cup
5. Crumbled feta cheese - 8 ounces
6. Lemon, juiced - 1
7. Italian-style salad dressing - ½ cup
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ cup
9. Pita breads, cut into wedges - 3

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Potato Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, and chop.
