How to cook deliciously - New Year's Wreath Salad
1. Stage
Clean the boiled potatoes, carrots, eggs, cut into small cubes. Leave some carrots for decoration. You can immediately cut stars out of it, and the waste to use in the salad.

Finely chop the onions. Heat the marinade from the mushrooms in the microwave and pour it on the onions. The marinade contains salt, sugar, vinegar, spices, that is all that is necessary for marinating onions. We leave it for 15 minutes.

Cut into cubes the pickles and mushrooms, I have all my own cooking. Squeeze out the excess moisture, it is not needed in the salad, otherwise it will leak. Also squeeze the pickled onions, we put in the salad.

Remove the fillet from the chicken thigh and cut into small cubes. You can, of course, take the breast, but I prefer thigh meat.

Combine all the ingredients, put mayonnaise. Stir.

We take a round form with a ring in the middle, lay out the film, put the salad tightly, tamp it down. You can, if not available, put a glass in the middle of the serving dish and place the salad evenly around it.

Carefully invert the salad on a serving dish.

Dill is washed, dried, cut off the sprigs and overlap on top of the salad, imitating the spruce branches.
