How to cook deliciously - Beet Salad Under the Snow
1. Stage
Wash the spinach and finely chop it. Then mix with mustard and the juice of half a lemon.

Mushrooms peel, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil (refined sunflower).

Grate beets, potatoes and eggs on a coarse grater and place separately. From the beets beforehand you can cut off a piece and use it to decorate the ready salad. Chop walnuts with a knife.

Put the spinach and mushrooms on separate plates. Rinse the prunes in boiling water, dry and cut into julienne strips.
5. Stage
Place all the ingredients in layers on a plate, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. Salt should be added according to taste and wishes. Assemble the salad in the following order: potatoes-mushrooms-vegetables-plums-nuts-peanuts-eggs-cheese. I did not grease the bottom potato layer, I put the mushroom layer on it and then only added mayonnaise.
