2. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2
3. White onion, chopped - ½ large
4. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
5. Chicken broth - 2 (14 ounce) cans
6. Red potatoes, chopped - 2 small
7. Cabbage, chopped - ¼ head
8. Carrot, chopped - 1 large
9. Eggs, beaten (Optional) - 2
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken breasts, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes.
