Ingredients for - Pumpkin salad

2. Pumpkin seeds - 1 handfuls
3. Cherry tomatoes - 3 PC.
4. Figs - 2 PC.
5. Champignon - 100 gram
6. Crackers - 100 gram
7. Salt - taste
8. Black pepper - taste
9. Vegetable oil - taste
10. Grape - 1 handfuls

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin salad

1. Stage

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small slices, salt a little, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in foil at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until tender. Slightly cool. While the pumpkin is baking, cut the tomatoes and figs into four pieces. Speaking of figs. In the original recipe, fresh figs were used, but I could not find any. I therefore took three dried ones and soaked them in water until they became soft. So, tomatoes and figs were chopped. We cut the mushrooms and grapes into halves.
