How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin salad
1. Stage
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small slices, salt a little, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in foil at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until tender. Slightly cool. While the pumpkin is baking, cut the tomatoes and figs into four pieces. Speaking of figs. In the original recipe, fresh figs were used, but I could not find any. I therefore took three dried ones and soaked them in water until they became soft. So, tomatoes and figs were chopped. We cut the mushrooms and grapes into halves.
2. Stage
After all the ingredients are prepared, put them in a bowl. In a dry frying pan, lightly toast pumpkin seeds. Add croutons to the salad, mix, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with vegetable oil. Before serving, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
