How to cook deliciously - Salad with tangerines and corn
1. Stage
Finely chop chicken breast, distribute in a serving ring. Grease with 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise.
2. Stage
Peel the tangerines, cut into slices, and spread on top of the chicken meat.
3. Stage
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater on top of the tangerines. Grease with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.
4. Stage
Grate boiled carrots on a coarse grater over the egg white. Grease with 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
5. Stage
Spread corn on top.
6. Stage
Grate cheese on a fine grater on top of the corn. Grease with 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
7. Stage
On top, grate the egg yolk on a fine grater. Before serving, remove the serving ring and garnish as desired.
