Ingredients for - Mackerel Dip

1. Mackerel, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Onion, finely diced - 1 small
3. Tomato-based hot pepper sauce - ¼ cup
4. Salt, or to taste - 2 teaspoons
5. Ground black pepper, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
6. Mayonnaise - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Mackerel Dip

1. Stage

Remove and discard mackerel skin and bones. In a medium bowl, mix mackerel with onion and hot pepper sauce with a fork, breaking it into small pieces. Mix in mayonnaise, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
