Ingredients for - Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

1. Dry bread crumbs - ⅓ cup
2. Green bell pepper, seeded and diced - ¼
3. Red bell pepper, seeded and diced - ¼
4. Green onions, thinly sliced - 2
5. Fresh parsley, chopped - 4 sprigs
6. Hot pepper sauce - ½ teaspoon
7. Egg white - 1
8. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
9. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
10. Worcestershire sauce - ½ teaspoon
11. Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons
12. Old Bay TM seasoning - ¼ teaspoon
13. Dry mustard - ¼ teaspoon
14. Onion Powder - ¼ teaspoon
15. Crabmeat, drained and flaked - 3 (6 ounce) cans
16. Dry bread crumbs - ½ cup
17. Canola oil for frying - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

1. Stage

In a bowl, toss together dry bread crumbs, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, green onions, and parsley. Mix in egg white, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard, and onion powder. Fold crabmeat into mixture. Form into 6 large cakes. Coat in remaining bread crumbs.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Fry cakes 5 minutes on each side, or until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
