1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Crushed tomatoes - 1 ½ (28 ounce) cans
6. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
7. Dried parsley - 2 teaspoons
8. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Best Marinara

1. Stage

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic and celery and cook until soft. Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste, stir, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes, uncovered. Serve.
