2. Rolled oats 2 cups
3. Brown sugar 1 ⅓ cups
4. Vegetable oil 6 tablespoons

7. Salt 4 teaspoons
8. All-purpose flour, or more as needed 8 cups

1 . Stage

Stir boiling water and oats together in a bowl; set aside to thicken and cool, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir brown sugar and vegetable oil into oat mixture.
