1. Butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed 1 (4 pound)
2. Crumbled blue cheese 6 ounces
3. Italian bread crumbs 3/4 cup
4. Yellow onion, minced ⅓
5. Extra-virgin olive oil ¼ cup
6. Minced fresh thyme 1 tablespoon
7. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Butternut Squash Bake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Toss squash, blue cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, onion, olive oil, and thyme in a large mixing bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until top is lightly browned, 35 to 40 minutes.
