Ingredients for - Easy Marinated Artichokes

1. Lemon, juiced - 1
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, chopped (Optional) - 2 cloves
4. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Quartered artichoke hearts, drained - 1 (14 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Easy Marinated Artichokes

1. Stage

Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a jar. Seal the jar and shake until oil and lemon juice emulsify.

2. Stage

Remove the lid and add artichoke hearts. Seal again and shake until artichoke hearts are completely coated.

3. Stage

Serve immediately, or if you like them cold, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
