Ingredients for - Carrot Hummus

1. Cashews - 1 cup
2. Garlic, peeled - 4 cloves
3. Carrots, peeled and roughly chopped - 1 pound
4. Lemon, juiced - 1 large
5. Tamari - 1 tablespoon
6. Flat-leaf parsley, chopped - 1 bunch
7. Mayonnaise, or to taste - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Salt to taste - 1 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Hummus

1. Stage

Combine cashews and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add carrots, lemon juice, tamari, parsley, and mayonnaise and process until smooth. Season with salt.
