1. 1 1/4 lb. cheese tortellini -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling -
3. 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined -
4. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for serving -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 1/4 c. freshly chopped chives, plus additional for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Cheese Tortellini with Shrimp and Chives

1. Stage

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook tortellini according to package directions.

2. Stage

Five minutes before tortellini is cooked, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and crushed red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp, tossing frequently, 2 to 4 minutes. Add tortellini and chives and toss to combine.
