1. 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) unsalted butter -
2. 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar -
3. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
4. 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour -
5. 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt -
6. 1/2 c. heavy cream, at room temperature -
7. 1/2 c. micro chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Icing

1. Stage

Have all your ingredients at room temperature.

2. Stage

With a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the butter on high speed for 2 minutes. Add the brown sugar and vanilla and whip just to incorporate.

3. Stage

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture. Add the cream and, with the mixer on high speed, whip for 30 seconds more. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and with a spatula fold in the chocolate chips.
