1. 1 bunch leaf lettuce, torn -
2. 2 cups packed torn spinach -
3. 1 cup cubed part-skim mozzarella cheese -
4. 1/2 cup sliced celery -
5. 6 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced -
6. 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled -
7. 1 medium tomato, sliced -
8. Dressing: -
9. 1 cup canola oil -
10. 3/4 cup sugar -
11. 1/4 cup cider vinegar -
12. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion -
13. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
14. 1 tablespoon ketchup -
15. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
