1. 1/2 cup sugar -
2. 1/2 cup water -
3. 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon canola oil -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar -
5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract -
6. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 4-1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa -
8. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda -
9. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
10. Confectioners' sugar, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Crazy Cake

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 8-1/2x4-1/2-in. loaf pan. In a small bowl, beat the sugar, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla until well blended. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended.

2. Stage

Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.

3. Stage

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
