1. 1/2 cup butter, cubed -
2. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped -
3. 1 cup sugar -
4. 2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten -
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
6. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans -

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Brownies

1. Stage

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate.

2. Stage

Stir in the sugar and cool slightly. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix them well. Stir in the flour and pecans.

3. Stage

Spread into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with a big scoop of ice cream, if desired.
