Ingredients for - Cold Spaghetti

1. Ripe tomatoes - peeled and seeded 4
2. Garlic, peeled 3 cloves
3. Chopped fresh basil ⅓ cup
4. Olive oil 1 teaspoon
5. White sugar ½ teaspoon
6. Uncooked spaghetti 1 (8 ounce) package
7. Shredded Parmesan cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cold Spaghetti

1 . Stage

In a blender or food processor, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, oil and sugar and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate sauce.

2 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3 . Stage

Remove sauce from refrigerator and pour over spaghetti. Toss to coat and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
