1. Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Tahini - 3 tablespoons
3. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Water - ¼ cup
6. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
7. Ground cumin (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
8. Paprika - 1 pinch
9. Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 sprig

How to cook deliciously - Best Hummus

1. Stage

Place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, and cumin into a food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle top of hummus with paprika and fresh parsley.
