1. Butter, softened - ½ cup
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Brown sugar - 1 cup
4. Applesauce - ⅓ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. Orange juice - 2 tablespoons
7. Grated orange zest - 1 teaspoon
8. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
9. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground nutmeg - 1 dash
12. Rolled oats - 2 cups
13. Fresh cranberries, roughly chopped - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Orange Oat Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the applesauce, eggs, orange juice and orange zest one at a time, mixing well after each. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually stir into the orange mixture. Fold in oats and cranberries. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

3. Stage

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
