1. All-purpose flour 2 cups

3. Eggs, beaten 2 large
4. Thin-sliced chicken breast cutlets 1 pound

7. Chicken broth 2 cups
8. Lemon juice ¼ cup
9. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
10. Fresh parsley 4 sprigs

1 . Stage

Whisk 2 cups flour, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl. Whisk eggs in another shallow bowl.

Dredge chicken in flour; shake off excess. Dip into beaten egg. Lift up so excess egg drips back into the bowl.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry chicken until golden brown, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat. Whisk in 2 tablespoons flour and stir until the mixture becomes paste-like and light golden brown, about 5 minutes.
