2. Boiling water - 2 tablespoons
3. Hot melted butter - 1 cup
4. Lemon juice, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

Blend egg yolks in a blender on low speed. With blender running, slowly pour in boiling water, then pour in hot butter in a very thin stream and blend until sauce is thick and emulsified. Mix in lemon juice.
