2. White sugar, divided - 6 tablespoons
3. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
4. Heavy cream - 2 ½ cups
5. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Crème Brûlée

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Pour cream into a saucepan and stir over low heat until it almost comes to a boil.

Turn the oven to broil.
