3. Toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon
4. Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
5. Rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
6. Ramen noodles, without flavor packets 3 (3 ounce) packages

1 . Stage

Combine scallions, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar in a bowl. Stir until combined and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
