1. Sweet potatoes - 1 ½ pounds
2. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
3. Egg - 1
4. Honey - 2 tablespoons
5. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
6. Butter, cubed - 2 tablespoons
7. Miniature marshmallows - 1 (10.5 ounce) package

1. Stage

Place sweet potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash.
