3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ¼ cup
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons
7. White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Cold water - 1 cup
10. Semi-sweet chocolate chips - ½ cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
