Ingredients for - Feta and Olive Meatballs

1. Ground lamb - 1 pound
2. Chopped fresh parsley - ½ cup
3. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
4. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
5. Chopped green olives - ½ cup
6. Eggs - 2
7. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Feta and Olive Meatballs

1. Stage

Preheat your oven's broiler.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together ground lamb with parsley, onion, feta cheese, green olives, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Shape into 16 meatballs, and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

3. Stage

Broil about 3 inches away from the heat until browned on top. Turn over, and broil on the other side.
