4. 1 1/2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger -

6. 1/2 Coriander-Dusted Roast Beef or 12 ounces roast beef -
7. 12 oz. mixed greens -
8. 1 c. dried chow mein noodles -
9. 6 radishes -
10. 1/4 c. Chopped cilantro -
11. 1/4 c. Chopped mint -

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Beef Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk vinegar with fish sauce, canola oil, ginger, and sugar. Add shredded beef, mixed greens, dried noodles, radishes, cilantro, and mint and toss. Serve right away.
