1. 1 (2-in.) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced -
2. Zest and juice of 1 lime (2-oz.) -
3. 1/2 oz. agave -
4. 3 oz. Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum -
5. Ice -
6. 6 oz. ginger beer -
7. Lime wedges, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Lime Highball

1. Stage

In a cocktail shaker muddle fresh ginger, lime juice, zest, and agave.

2. Stage

Add ice and rum, then shake vigorously, and set aside.

3. Stage

Fill two highball glasses with ice and add 3 ounces of ginger beer to each, then top with half of the strained rum mixture. Garnish with lime wedges and straws.
