4. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon

6. Ground nutmeg (Optional) - 1 pinch
7. White sugar - 2 ¼ cups
8. Applesauce - 1 cup
9. Eggs - 3
10. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
11. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
12. Shredded zucchini - 2 cups

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
