1. 2 limes -
2. 2 tsp. fish sauce -
3. 1/2 tsp. sugar -
4. 1 lb. jumbo shrimp -
5. 2 tsp. safflower oil -
6. Coarse salt -
7. Freshly ground pepper -
8. 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro -
9. 1/2 c. coarsely chopped salted peanuts -
10. 2 scallions -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Shrimp with Cilantro, Lime, and Peanuts

1. Stage

Zest limes into a bowl. Squeeze in juice from 1 lime, and whisk in fish sauce and sugar.

2. Stage

Preheat grill to high. Brush shrimp with oil on both sides, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Grill until pink and firm to the touch, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

3. Stage
