Ingredients for - Hawaiian Ham and Pineapple Salsa

1. McCormick® Grill Mates® Baja Citrus Marinade 1 (1 ounce) package
2. Mango nectar or orange juice ½ cup
3. Honey 2 tablespoons
4. Lime juice 2 tablespoons
5. Canned ham, such as Spam® Classic, cut into small cubes 1 (12 ounce) can
6. Finely chopped fresh pineapple 4 cups
7. Finely chopped red onion ½ cup
8. Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped 1
9. Chopped macadamia nuts ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hawaiian Ham and Pineapple Salsa

1 . Stage

Mix Marinade Mix, mango nectar, honey and lime juice in large bowl. Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade mixture; set aside.

2 . Stage

Cook cubed canned ham and 1/4 cup of the reserved marinade mixture in large skillet on medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from heat.

3 . Stage

Stir pineapple, onion and jalapeno into remaining marinade mixture in large bowl until well blended. Top with ham mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve dip with tortilla chips.
