1. Peanut butter - 2 cups
2. Agave nectar - 1 cup
3. Brown sugar - ¾ cup
4. Honey - ½ cup
5. Rolled oats - 4 cups
6. Crispy rice cereal - 3 cups
7. Nonfat dry milk powder - 2 cups
8. Soy protein powder - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Butter Protein Snack Bars

1. Stage

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Stage

Mix peanut butter, agave, brown sugar, and honey together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Stir in oats, cereal, milk powder, and protein powder; mix well. Pour into the prepared pan.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into bars.
